Graham we will be building all sorts, If there is a strong demand for timeshares I will be considering building them in a terrace style up to 100 metres long ! 8 per block and 4 to 6 blocks However it will not be overcrowded it's a one acre site, time will tell what the actual demand is. There is an adjacent field I ave got my beady eye on but lets see what the take up is first. Whoever books up for the woodworking/ cabin building course will have the knowledge to construct their own if they so choose.

The cabins will be built at my campsite, Once they are perfected to the highest standards the best ones will be rebuilt at Iglika, there will be other projects such as groundwork's... solar, and hydro installations at Iglika, it's a big undertaking.
Yes. The camping course is at my Mamarchevo site but the timeshares/ buys are at my Iglika site, It's an absolutely stunning spot right in the heart of nature.
Hi Graham, Believe it or not, I have had more enquirers regarding timeshare AND my cabin building course rather than buying, who would have thought that ! Maybe because the outlay is only £700 for timeshare opposed to £7500 to buy. Makes sense to me 10 holidays for £700. So it's more than likely they will all be timeshares AT THIS TIME. never say never !
Please click on the calender at the top of the page to view available weeks. You will need to roll the calender forward to next year to view places. Then click calender to year view and you will see what weeks are booked. You can tick a multi choice box if You are a "Maybe, Yes or No" attending.
Don't worry about making entries on the calender, I will put them in for you once you have reserved your spot
I would also like to clarify the reason the cabins will be sold at a very low price, I have answered that question on my website .. because the cabins will be built by my cabin building course members, I have not included the labour costs. The amount of cabins available to buy/ timeshare depends on the amount of customers who sign up for my cabin building course.. therefore it is not possible to announce the amount of cabins available until I have booked more cabin builders which will happen later in the year/ new year where people traditionally book their holidays :0)
Hi John, If you were to ask my personal choice it would be timeshare, Guaranteed weeks without the hassle of maintenance charges/ gardening and utility expenses. Buying outright will or will not be available in 2014, that very much depends on what people want. I will know later in the year/ new year exactly what's wanted when I have confirmed orders. I have not sold any timeshares/ to buy as yet however I have signed up quite a few for my cabin building courses next year. I am sure there will be offers to buy/ timeshare when the cabins are actually built and I would not want it any other way taking into account all the bad press with buying off plan schemes. Steve
Well spending donkies years in the plumbing game I use a shower cubicle as a mental guide to get an idea of a square metre. So 32 shower cubicles tells me that is a great space for a stupidly low priced bolt hole ! :0) Yes worked in a studio flat 24 square metres (£70,000) any advance on that ?
Noooo The plots designated will be the same However for just two I would recommend an 8 x 4 metre, assuming you want it for the glorious summers, if so trust me you will only be sleeping inside ! There will be a veranda both sides and if you are not out and about then the veranda is the place you will most likely want to be. Maximum width will be 4 metres and the length will either 4, 8, 12 metres. Price advertised is for the 8 x 4 metre which is larger than studios !
Haha no you cannot, When they are built I will put the photo's up in the gallery and what's more, potential customers will be invited to stay for a long week end. I will be more than happy to pick up and return to/ from Burgas airport. It all really depends on what percentage of Customers decide on timeshare or to buy. My calculation of £7500 to own outright is based on what I have already built and all the research into infrastructure/ land registry costs and materials.

I presume your boys are over 18, If you pay a deposit for 2 places before Christmas I would be happy to give a further 10% discount on the second place. I expect to fill all spaces around and after Christmas and therefore would not be offering discounts. Steve
